Volunteer
YOU are what the Arkansas Alumni Association is all about - lifelong relationships. Association successes are attributed not only to staff, but also to our volunteers who help us in countless ways, including the service rendered on site of the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House. In 2001, 2,224 dedicated volunteers worked 9,040 hours for alumni programming. This equals more than four extra full-time staff members! You make a difference in what we are doing - our value, mission and vision statements!
Many opportunities are available from working the front reception desk to chapter events, scholarship review, scholarship mentoring and alumni house events. If your heartstrings and soul strings are tugging at you to give back to your alma mater, we encourage you to consider alumni volunteer service.
Volunteer Summit: Trekking to the Top
The time has come to make the journey and trek to the top! The 2007 Volunteer Summit has an exciting agenda for this historic gathering of all the Association's volunteer leadership.
