The following is a list of questions that we have compiled over the years that we believe could help those interested in traveling with the Arkansas Alumni Association.

How do I learn more about travel opportunities?

Call, fax, e-mail, or instant message the Alumni Travel Coordinator of the Arkansas Alumni Association at 1-800-775-3465, fax (479) 575-5177, e-mail travel@razorbackroad.com, or Instant Message: razorbacksontour (AOL, Windows Live, or Yahoo).

How do I find out if I'm eligible for Road Trips?

Regular season Razorback Road Trips to SEC football games and the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament are available only to current members of the Arkansas Alumni Association and their guests. At least one person in each room must be a current member of the Arkansas Alumni Association in order to be eligible for the members-only Razorback Road Trip travel programs. Non-members of the Association will be charged a $35 annual individual membership fee. The Arkansas Alumni Association reserves the right to hold members-only events during any Razorback Road Trip, even those trips that do not require membership.

How do I check availability?

How do I make reservations?

If you wish to pay your deposit by credit card, call our Alumni Travel Coordinator at 1-800-775-3465. If you wish to pay your deposit by check, complete the reservation form and fax or mail it to:

A deposit, a portion of which is non-refundable, is required in order to secure reservations on the trip. The deposit amount and final payment deadline may vary by travel provider.

How do I find out about travel insurance?

A travel insurance brochure will automatically be sent to you for any Razorback Road Trip that involved international travel. If you would like to purchase travel insurance for a domestic Razorback Road Trip, please call our office, and a brochure will immediately be mailed to you. If you need any additional information not provided in the brochure, or if you do not receive the insurance information within a week of making your original deposit for an international trip, please call our Alumni Travel Coordinator at 1-800-775-3465 or customer service of Travel Insurance Services at 1-800-937-1387.

How do I get put on a waiting list for travel opportunities?

To get put on a waiting list, please call our Alumni Travel Coordinator at 1-800-775-3465. We will be able to tell you how long the wait list is, place your name on the list, and inform you of the providers’ specific rules regarding wait listed passengers. Please be aware, however, that some companies will require a credit card number to place your name on the list, although you will not be charged a deposit until space is available.

How do I join your mailing list?

Please call us at 1-800-775-3465 or e-mail us at travel@razorbackroad.com and give us your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. We would be glad to add you to our list. Since our address lists are generated for the tour companies up to 90 days prior to mailing, it may take 60 to 90 days before you begin receiving brochures automatically. During that time, please feel free to request individual brochures be mailed to you by calling or e-mailing us.

How do I join your e-mail list?

Please e-mail us at travel@razorbackroad.com and request to be added to our list. We will add the email address which you send from unless otherwise stated in the e-mail. The Razorbacks on Tour Travel E-Newsletter, is sent on the 15th of every month (or nearest work day to the 15th of the month).

How do I find a roommate?

We would love to help you find a roommate! If you are traveling single, but prefer to share accommodations, please call our Alumni Travel Coordinator at 1-800-775-3465. We would very much like to help Arkansas Alumni Travelers find other travelers to room with. We will take some information from you, including the trip(s) in which you are interested, and will then try to match you up with someone else wanting a roommate. Although we will make our best effort to match you with someone, we cannot guarantee shares. If a reservation is made but a roommate is not found, you will have the option of paying the single supplement for the trip or of canceling the trip, in which case all cancellation policies of the travel provider will apply.

How do I suggest a destination?
