Swing by Friday, September 17, for all-you-can-eat pork, burgers, dogs, grilled corn, cheese grits, barbeque beans and fried okra with all the fix-ins for just $25. Throw in an optional four-hour open bar of Bud Light drafts for an extra $30, and you got yourself a party on the roof deck at Overlook Bar!

The Staten Island Yankees are a minor league baseball team, located in the New York City borough of Staten Island. Affectionately nicknamed the "Baby Bombers", the Staten Island Yankees are a Short-Season A classification affiliate of the New York Yankees and play in the New York - Penn League at Richmond County Bank Ballpark along the waterfront in St. George, on the northeast tip of Staten Island, NY.

The New York Knicks Alumni Association Basketball Tournament
The New York Knicks are in the process of developing the "Knicks College Alumni Association Basketball Tournament." The New York Knicks would like to establish and build new relationships with the NYC alumni associations as well as provide a unique and entertaining networking opportunity for your association in conjunction with other alumni associations in the area. The opening rounds of this basketball tournament will be played at the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers and the semi-final and the final rounds will be played on the Garden floor at the "World's Most Famous Arena", Madison Square Garden. The tournament will be a sixteen (16) team event with each team consisting of 8-10 players that are graduates of your school. We will fill the team spots on a first come, first serve basis.
When: October 16 & 17, 2010.
Where: Chelsea Piers Recreation Center and Madison Square Garden.
Price: $100.00 per player (includes uniform and tickets to a 2010-2011 Knicks game).

The University of Arkansas New York City Chapter Team Leaders are asking you to join your Arkansas Alumni Association Membership before this year's deadline, November 30, 2009. Your membership investment goes to our Chapter's Stipend and Banner, money we are raising for a scholarship to send a New York inner city student to attend the University of Arkansas.
As of November 23, 2009, we have reached $72,203.00. Eleven need-based scholarships have been awarded thanks to membership dues.
