The Arkansas Alumni Association seeks to connect and serve the University of Arkansas family by offering regional programming to bring together Arkansas alumni and friends. Activities include athletic watch parties, academic events, guest speakers from the University, scholarship fundraising, social networking and student recruitment.
Societies
Societies provide a means of alumni to connect to an academic unit. The activities and programming of the alumni societies vary but often include mentoring programs between current students and alumni, networking events for alumni and students, and student recruitment activities.
Travel
The Alumni Travel Program strengthens the relationship between the University of Arkansas, Arkansas Alumni Association, and alumni, future alumni, and friends. The program contributes to the personal and intellectual growth and satisfaction of alumni and friends by offering a unique combination of discovery, adventure, and educationally oriented travel opportunities often led by alumni or university staff. The tours are designed for those who have the University of Arkansas in common and are eager to expand their cultural and intellectual horizons in the company of fellow alumni, family, and friends.
Reunions
When reunions take place on campus, they are even more special—memories flood back, acquaintances are renewed, friendships are formed.
Recruitment
Connect your past with the future, and become an Arkansas Alumni Ambassador. The Alumni Ambassador Program offers you the opportunity to recruit prospective students from your area to the University of Arkansas.
Volunteer
YOU are what the Arkansas Alumni Association is all about - lifelong relationships. Association successes are attributed not only to staff, but also to our volunteers who help us in countless ways, including the service rendered on site at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House.
Career Networking
Take advantage of alumni networking and career connections! Members of the Association can post their resume, promote job opportunities, and look for jobs in addition to volunteering to be a career mentor for current UA students. The Arkansas Alumni Association and our partners at the UA Career Development Center want to encourage you to recruit UA graduates for a position with your company.
