Who can join the Arkansas Alumni Association?
Anyone can become a member of the Arkansas Alumni Association. The association’s 28,000 members are made up of alumni, friends and family. Join us!
Why should I be a member?
Membership dues fund scholarships, awards, chapters, and many other Association programs. Membership dues help support the chapters and programs at the Arkansas Alumni Association while keeping you connected through great benefits like Arkansas and @Arkansas. It is a great way to give back to the University of Arkansas.
How do I join/renew my membership?
You can join/renew online or if you’d like to join/renew by mail, we would be pleased to send you an invitation to join/renew. Call us at 1-888-275-2586 or send a letter by fax to 1-479-575-5177 or email membership@razorbackroad.com or mail. Our address is:

What are the benefits of membership?
Membership in the Arkansas Alumni Association helps you expand your contacts, connects you to graduates and former students, gives you the chance to stay connected to the University of Arkansas, and offers discounts and services not available to the general public. Will you send me a membership application?
You’ll receive a notice by U.S. mail when it’s time to renew your membership.
What’s the difference between annual membership and life membership?
Annual members pay dues each year; life members make either one lumpsum payment or fulfill their dues over a five-year payment plan period.
Annual member dues:
Single, $35
Joint, $45
Recent Grad Dues (available for up to four years after graduation): $20
Life member dues (lump sum): $750 Single, $1000 Joint
Life member payment plan (available in annual payments over five years): $850 Single, $1100 Joint
Annual Faculty/Staff: $20 Single
What’s the life member payment plan?
The Life member payment plan is the membership category that allows you to pay your dues over the course of five years. A single life membership is $850 over five installments of $170. A joint life membership is $1100 over five installments of $220.
Do new grads have to purchase a membership?
New graduates can apply for a complimentary membership the first year after graduation. Sign up at arkalum.org/newgrad Recent graduates can renew for $20 per year four years after their complimentary year.
Can I be a member if I’ve attended the University of Arkansas but not graduated?
Yes, nongraduates and friends of the University of Arkansas are eligible to join the Alumni Association.
How can I join if I’ve never attended the University of Arkansas?
If you’ve never attended the University of Arkansas, you may join the Alumni Association as an associate member. You’re eligible for all the benefits of membership. There are several ways to contact us about membership. Choose the method most convenient for you.

Do you take credit card payments?
You can pay your membership dues by MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, debit, cash, check or money order.
Is there a chapter or group in my area?
There are 30 chapters nationwide and eight special interest societies that help you stay connected to the Arkansas Alumni Association. Visit arkalum.org/chapters and arkalum.org/societies to learn more.
Where do I find my membership ID to register for the Arkansas Alumni Online Community and receive my discount at Arkconnection.com?
The up to eight-digit membership ID you’ll need to register for the Arkansas Alumni Online Community and to receive special pricing upon check out at Arkconnection.com is located near the middle of your membership card and is on your magazine mailing label right above your name.
How do I find my membership status?

I’m a member of the Razorback Club, why do I need to be a member of the Alumni Association?
If you love coming to chapter functions, and supporting scholarships and great programs that enable students and alumni across the world to stay connected the University of Arkansas, you should be a member of the Arkansas Alumni Association. Your membership goes directly to all of these great causes and more!
I give money to the University all the time so that makes me a member, right?
Not exactly. Any contributions you made went directly to the area you designated or to the Annual Fund. Your membership dues are a separate commitment that return many products and services to you as a member benefit.
