President's Message

Hello, my name is Kenny Gibbs and I am the President of the University of Arkansas Alumni Association. I would like to welcome you to your alumni website. The mission of the Alumni Association is Connecting and Serving the UA Family. Here are three of the ways you can help the mission: Become a Member of the association, Purchase a Hog Tag to support scholarships or volunteer your time. Based on recent data we’re ranked the #1 association in the SEC in total percentage of membership and total percentage retention.

Membership has its benefits. We offer something for every age; whether you just graduate or graduated 50 years ago. Check out this website to learn about them.

Do you ever wonder where those hog license plates come from? Let me tell you how to get one, just go to the benefits/services section of our website where you can learn more about the program and how to have your own. Part of every tag purchased is tax deductible and comes back to the association for the ROADS scholarship program. Show your school spirit and at the same time assist many deserving students.

There are many ways to volunteer your time. One is to participate in your local chapter events; another is to recruit a potential student.

Commitment to this mission will have a direct impact on this university, the state of Arkansas and a young person’s life. Along the way you'll get something in return; rekindling of friendships, deepening of current relationships and creating new ones.
